Jan's Plein Air at Potlatch, July 23rd 10 - 3
Hello Painters:
Hope you are staying safe and healthy. The summer watercolor classes have been successful. Every location has allowed social distancing and there have been some great paintings.
Due to the uncertainty of the advancing Covid, I am only planning week to week. Next week,Thursday, July 23, class will be held at Potlatch State Park. If you do not have a discovery pass, there is a cost for parking .
The time will be 10-3.
We will meet at the northern section of the park, on the waterside, where there are trees for shade.
The lesson will be “focal point.” There will be many examples and ideas for guiding the eye through a painting. Delores has agreed to let us look at a painting that she did at the Union Market, as part of the discussion.
At this time, the weather forecast is sunshine and moderate temperatures, so it should be a good day.
This email is being sent to those who have expressed an interest in the summer classes. If there is someone I missed, please let them know about it.
If you have a chance, please let me know if you are planning on it.
