When you upload a photo, or before, just click your cursor in the box you replied and start typing. Go back to your photos, click on Edit, in the upper right, click at the very end of your photo file, click enter, just like you are typing an email, then type in what ever you'd like to say. You can do this on any reply or thread you start, at any time. You can even add another photo, by clicking the "Add image to post" button.
